How will my home be marketed to potential buyers?

There are many platforms to digitally market real estate. Your property will be tailored and focused directly on your specific home’s target market through MLSPIN, Realtor.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zillow and Trulia, etc.

Will you place a lock-box on my property?

Because my office has an “accompany all showing” policy, a lock box is not usually needed. This is a safer situation for the property owner.

Who will have access to my home while it is for sale?

As a full-service listing Broker, it’s my philosophy to be present at every showing. Besides the seller, I will have the most knowledge regarding your property and will use this to better represent you and your home.

What are the costs directly related to buying or selling real estate?

Before marketing a home or beginning your home search, we will discuss all potential fees and costs related to your real estate transaction.  Surprise costs are never a good thing!

When is the best time of year to list my property “For Sale”?

When you and your property are ready to go, “Market It”!

Spring and fall markets are typically the busier seasons. In recent years, there has been no such thing as a “typical” market. Barring any blizzard or hurricane that might keep buyers away for an extended period of time, List that Property!
